With the 125th overall pick in the 13th spot of the 9th round, owner Trey Kennedy of team Cucker Carlson selected future Hall of Famer and first kicker-off-the-board Justin Tucker. This stalwart of the Baltimore Ravens holds two NFL records for best FG accuracy (90.4% with min 100 attempts) and longest field goal (66 yards). The former Texas Longhorn has thrived in 2023, amassing an impressive 57.2 points thanks to the new yardage-based scoring system. He’s outscored athletes like Ekeler, Jones, and Harris.
Our office secured an exclusive interview with Trey Kennedy, owner of Cucker Carlson, comedian, and pumpkin spice enthusiast. Kennedy had this to say about Tucker:
A lot of my peers are judgmental of taking a K so early, notably John Gilmore who dropped his 4th round pick. We know Tucker is capable of even more and we expect it moving forward. I will bet anyone in the league $20 Tucker outscores every single starter on Oneils’ team.
